Xian Cummins is a joint venture between Cummins, a global leader in power solutions, and Shaanxi Automotive Group (SAG), a Chinese commercial vehicle manufacturer. The partnership is structured with a 50:50 ownership ratio and focuses on the production and sales of the ISM11 / M13 / M15 series engines and off-road QSM11 products. Additionally, it handles the matching and sales of Cummins' full range of 2.5-15 liter diesel and natural gas engines and powertrain systems for SAG's vehicles, catering to the diverse needs of global users across various market segments and applications.

Over the years, their products have been used in a wide range of applications, including light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks (such as tractors, dump trucks, cargo trucks, and special-purpose vehicles), mid-to-high-end buses, construction machinery, and generator sets. Their products are sold both domestically and internationally.

ZEB Power primarily supplies complete engines and engine components from XCEC, specifically the ISM11, QSM11 series.
